1) How to choose and order for custom hats?

1. Look at our collection online or come for trying on-site in our showroom & make your selection
2. Contact us by email or phone to order : we will confirm with you our measures and wishes (colors, materials, delay,...)
3. Pay by transfer or cash
Your order is confirmed on the same day to our french milliners-designers. We send back to you our invoice presenting our bank account.
4. Receive your hat directly at home or at our showroom.

 
 

 
 

2) Price calculation

All our prices include tax and shipment for Singapore. For Hong Kong and others countries, we will confirm our quotation before validation of the order.  

 
 

 
 

3) What are our conditions of delivery?

European Union 3 to 5 days – Worldwide 10 to 15 days after confirmation of order. 

Standard shipping mode is: COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL operated by LA POSTE - the French national post service and its international partners. Shipping cost includes: - Packaging. - Handling. - Transport. Fragile and oversized product will be well prepared and carefully protected.
 
Your creation is send to our showroom - or directly at your address if you specify it in your order. We can organise a free appointment to help with advising you about your hat care and share with you some fashion tips.
 
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk. The Girl With A Hat is not responsible in case of loss of your parcel By LA POSTE or its international partners. 

For Singapore customers - Free delivery and free standard shipping, if you order above S$ 375 otherwise, the shipping cost is S$ 41.50.  
For international customers with custom hat orders, we will confirm the order with the exact amount of shipping cost, considering your location, size and volume of your hat. Otherwise, the shipping qoute is reflected in the e-commerece store.

 
 

 
 

4) How to track and trace your order

We can follow your order at anytime with the tracking number.
Tracking information is automatically sent to your email when your order is sent out. 

 
 

5) Delivery

We are take particular care during the preparation of your order. Products are sent with stiff cardboard boxes to keep their shape intact during the transport. For beanies and scarfs, it will be delivered in strengthened envelopes.


6) Our environmental impact

To reduce our impact on the environment, we will not send paper invoices. You will instead, receive an e-mail containing the invoice in a PDF file.
